About the event

Your body has done something extraordinary. Now it’s time to understand it, support it, and strengthen it—with intention.

This 4-part Mommy + Me series is designed for postpartum moms (6 weeks to early walkers) who are ready to move beyond “getting through” and start rebuilding real strength.

Each class is thoughtfully structured around evidence-based Pilates and strength principles, focusing on the areas most impacted by pregnancy and early motherhood—your core, posture, and daily movement patterns.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Safely reconnect to your core and pelvic floor

  • Strengthen the muscles that support how you carry, lift, and feed your baby
